Read it, vote once per topic, send us things. Don’t scrape it, don’t try to break the voting, and don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to submit.

What you send us

By submitting something you confirm it’s yours to send, and you give us permission to publish it here, edited for length and clarity, with your first name if you said we could. You keep ownership. You can ask us to take it down.

Accuracy

We check what we publish, but developments change, prices change and people are occasionally wrong. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice. Verify anything you’re about to spend money on, especially anything placed by other people rather than by us.

Classifieds

We publish the listing. We are not a party to the sale, we don’t hold funds and we don’t guarantee that anything is as described. See it in person and don’t send deposits to strangers.

Advertising

Paid placements are labelled. Buying one does not influence questions, results or coverage. The full policy is in the rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did.
